VTryOn operates on a digital credit system. Once credits have been purchased and added to your account, they are considered consumed and are generally non-refundable.
Since purchases are for one-time digital credits rather than recurring subscriptions, cancellations are not applicable. You only pay for what you buy at the time of purchase.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges due to technical errors on our payment gateway (Razorpay). If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
To request a refund for a billing error, please email us with your Google Account email address, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
